Well there you go the B777 incident at EGLL and where is the spokesperson from NATS?
Nowhere to be seen in the media at all!
Prob only on the staff intranet slapping each others backs.
This is the time to be pushing/selling our so called brand all across the world, start shouting how we coped with the situation even Joe public may know who we are eventually.
