Could anyone post a link where ICAO Pans-Ops 8168 could be downloaded from, if that is at all possible?

I presume that the site is licenced to have the ICAO docs on board .. with that presumption I've put the reference on the Tech Log URL sticky.

Probably not. But Denmark have adoptet certain ICAO regs as is.
And by law they are required to publish current legislation on-line.
Anyway, a PPRuNe searc will reveal that this link have been published before.
Allways problems with them danes.....
