NEVER accept their offer...

A friend of mine found himself lost in Kabul 2 months ago and at is return in Jeddah, without being paid, he tried to quit the company, but was refused to do so.

He asked his embassy for help and returned on his own expenses to his home country.

That's one way of persuading people not to waste their time replying to posts Xenia, well done.

Transjet UK sounds genuine, could be a smokescreen I know.

Question Transjet Crew - What's the Crack?

I would be majorly grateful if any of the Transjet crew could fill me in on:

1) Types of aircraft Transjet fly?

2) Basic Salary and what the allowances are made up of?

3) Destinations they are flying to from LGW and MAN, and any good trips?

4) Info on interview and how long is the training course?

Much appreciated

Regards

transjet

Just to let you know transjet do have a website although it doesn't really give that much away, if you go into yahoo or google (one of the main search engines) and type 'transjet airways' it will come up with their newly under construction site. Gives nowt away though! Come on someone must know more!!!

Cool Transjet Crew C'mon Spill The Beans!

Have heard on good authority that Transjet are interviewing for immediate start at LGW. Have heard they are also opening up at MAN, does anyone know what type of routes they have got? Are you type rated to fly long and short? Salary? What the interview entails? Can they be anything like the EAL set up?

Just putting my spotters hat on.....Transjet started flying last summer with a couple of MD-80s - I think this has been expanded to 6 or 7 MD-83s for this summer. They also have a couple of old 747-200s. Only heard of the 83's in the UK, they seem to have a fair size UK summer operation. Appears to be run of the mill charter flying and ad-hoc charters.

Transjet

Hi guys Transjet is a small and very friendly company. We are dual rated on the MD and 747 and have loads of work for the summer. Everything is a challenge dont you agree. Bases are MAN, LGW and Stansted. All the crews are very friendly and are a great laugh.

Money is good basic 13000 psr and 10000 jnr flight pay is £20 per day and £10 per nightstop plus 8% bar com.

Hope this helps you all out if you want any further info send me a email.

Heard Transjet had changed its name to Mickey Mouse Airways!! Never Heard of them paying any wages on time let alone the wages being that amount. As for a two day conversion training course, never heard or such a thing, don't even think the CAA would allow it.

Any other info on Transjet from anyone?
