Mascalzone78,
From reading recent posts you might talk to CH4 on this site or go to Global Aviation's website, I think it's www.globalaviationsolutions.net , if it's not 'net' then it's 'com' or 'org' or something!

Just goes to show what paying for a type carries with it. Imagine if you were at an interview and were given 5 minutes and a computer (with internet access) to come up with an answer to your question. Are you admitting that determination and creativity is absent, or because if you can pay for it there is no need to think, so in the real world my friend, you will be useless, unless off course you pay. You have to buy a job ehhh? A very proud moment indeed.
Please do not take this the wrong way, just a point of view because to get through a type course you are going to need a hell of a lot of determination. At least you like asking questions so that is a good start in itself.

Hi ECHIE,
Is the line experience in conjunction with eaglejet? Have you done it?
from the aeromadrid website:
The price for the A320 TR is 36000 Euros.(about 23500 Pounds sterling..)
from the Gecat website:
A320 TR at 15000 Pounds sterling including VAT + 5000-7000 pounds for base training.
Hope it helps.
I wish I had that amount of money left after my Frozen ATPL!!!!
Good luck and do a search on eaglejet on pprune if you decide to do it!
Ciao Mascalzone buona fortuna!!(good luck Mascalzone)

Hi!
after reading this thread I was very interested in some F/O experience time (or any line training time), because I already have a rating but very few hours.
So I contacted two companies who are offering something like this.
But hell, I never imagined it would be THAT expensive! Are there any aspects which I don't know and which makes it reasonable?
I always thought that guys in line training, who get not much more than a clap on the shoulder are a quite cheap thing for companies. Anyway the companies are earning a lot of money while you are flying an aircraft for them from A to B an many passengers/freight on board. So why should anyone buy F/O time to gain some weeks of experience when one can easily buy a Mercedes S-Class for the same amount of money???
Any answers?
