Plan to land at nearest suitable airport
GROUND PROXIMITY FLAP OVERRIDE SWITCH OVRD
Use flaps 20 and VREF 20 for landing
(Increased speed at flaps 20 provides improved elevator control for landing flare in the event of a dual engine flameout)
Avoid high nose up attitude and excessive acceleration or deceleration
(prevents forward pumps from uncovering)
