Blue Up , Brown Down, speed within yellow and red, and banking no more than 30°. Try to keep the needles square and this is it. If you have flown a jet before use the same parameters, they work for EVERY aircraft to be in the enveloppe.

Just fly, easy...ho yes there is a trim function on the aircraft...not to mention gear and flaps of course, they need to go up and down at some stage in flight, and you need the other person, (yes there is some next to you ) to check the position of all these things at some stage as well. And yes it is a person , that hear, speak, breathe; may be worth chatting a little before , during and after the event...
