Instructing hours...

Hi
Just wondering, do you log your instructing time as P1?

Thanks :)

Follow on question

How does an examiner log time when they are performing Skill Tests? If the candidate can log the time as P1/S (assuming they pass), do they also log this as P1 or what?

Examiners occupying a pilot seat may log as PIC all time spent examining. It also counts as instructing time.

Tacpot - Yes both log P1 (we do here anyway). The student/candidate puts there name in the P1 coloum and the examiners name under co-pilot/student.

The examiners log book would read his/her name as P1 and your name (the student/cadidate) as co-pilot student.
