Bae Jerez

I'm interested in teaching at Jerez. Can anybody there give me the low-down on the place ? I teach CPL at the moment and am considering getting multi instructor privileges. I hear that they need CPL/Multi/IR instructors.

Basically, whats it like down there? Is it a happy set-up ?

Do they expect you to pledge allegiance to instructing as a career choice or do they expect people to eventually move on to the airlines ?

Thanks
