Costs from PPL to AFI

Can anyone tell me the cost of going from PPL to Flying Instructor

and what is the route these days in what stages,

Is there a demand for flying Instructors ?

PPL +200 hours + Class 2 Med + CPL Exams + FI Course = unpaid FI

or

PPL + CPL Exams + CPL Course + Class 1 Med 200 hours + FI Course = Remunerated FI

Cost 8-10K plus any extara hours you need.

There is always a need for experienced FIs, gaining the experiance can be a challenge.
