Renewing UK CPL

Some time soon I'll need to renew my UK CPL but the only form I can find (FCL504 Issue 3 SRG\1102) doesn't seem to discriminate between a JAR CPL and a UK CPL. Lasors D9 doesn't mention renewing a UK CPL.
Can someone suggest how to renew a UK CPL without replacing it with a JAR CPL?

As I see it, you are renewing an existing license rather than applying for a JAR license. The system knows that you have a UK license. SRG\1102 would therefore be the correct form.

The conversion of a UK license to JAR would require the submission of SRG\1104.

Unless you make an application for a JAA Licence you will not get one! A Renewal is exactly that you get an updated version of what you allready have.

Thanks. It's only been a few days so I haven't sent the form off yet, I'll report back if there are any hiccups.
