Please note that the NPPL Licensing Allowances document has been updated to REV 06.1 and is now on the NPPL website www.nppl.uk.com as are changes to other documents.

REV 06.1 will be replaced by REV 07 once the imminent ANO amendment consultation process has been concluded.

Will the SSEA revalidation requirements be changed in Rev 07 too?

Regardless of ANO changes, 'recency' will still be governed by the 90-day rule.

Assuming the consultation proceeds satisfactorily then yes, the SSEA validity requirements will become much simpler to understand. Hopefully the 'rolling validity' will go and a simple 2 year period with an associated rating expiry date will take its place.
