Instructor Renewal

Can anybody tell me how long have you got to complete a Seminar after passing a flight test?

My instructor rating expired last year and I passed a flight test in August. Do I have 12 months to complete? Somebody said I have to complete the seminar within 28 days of passing a flight test. If that is the case I'm shafted!!!

This is from LASORs - items (b) and (c) are the flight test and seminar.

FI(A) Renewal
For the holder of a FI(A) to renew the rating they shall
complete items b) & c) as for revalidation within the last
12 months before renewal.
