CABAIR are advertising for instructors for their PPL schools in this months Pilot (Sponsored and self-sponsored).

For already qualified FIs in the SE:

Salary structure is the best in the country for PPL instructors IMHO (as long as you aren't sponsored) - high monthly basic pay and additional flying pay (higher than £10 ph apparently) for doing over 40 hours per month. Average yearly salaries work out at about £14k. Upgrading your FI to lift your IMC restriction gets you a higher basic salary.

You get a standardisation course at Cranfield which they pay for and you are then bonded for 2 years as you pay off the cost of this course. 5 day working week to include weekends. There is a uniform (you provide trousers, shoes and socks) and you have to wear gold stipes on your shoulders.
