CFI renewal, the best course?

I hold a US CFII and this spring/summer it is up for renewal again. (7/00)
In the past I have attended the AOPA FIRC's, but because I live in Europe now this would be rather costly.
Do any of you have good/bad experience with the following:
  • Gleim internet refresher course
  • American Flyers internet refresher course
  • Jeppesen

Or do you know of any other options?
Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
BC

I'm just about to renew mine next month, however, being here in USA makes it quite easy! I know someone who used the Jepperson video course a couple of years back. Seemed to be quite good. Make sure the tapes are PAL (or SECAM depending where you live)format though. You might be able to renew through the FAA if you have at least 5 signoffs within the last 24 months with at least a 80% first time pass rate. There used to be an FAA office at Gatwick. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info britavia.
I think I'll choose between either Jeppesen or Gleim. Not sure yet which one I prefer.
