UK National SEP revalidation
Having a little difficulty getting a complete answer from the UK CAA...
I currently hold a national license including SEP, and SOLIed to IAA with both SEP and a type Rating. My type LPC is current (and was completed while on my UK license), therefore I am exempt from the requirements of FCL.740.A (b)(1)(ii) for the 1-hour instructor flight. Am I also exempt on the national license, and what evidence do I show the Examiner? Other than a UK Part FCL Examiner, who can sign the revalidation by experience on the national license? And for the bonus point, having completed PBN/RNP approaches in SEP class, what dates get signed up for the IR-SP-SE privilege, on the basis of the IR-MP LPC cross-crediting afforded by Appendix 8? Many thanks |

I am not 100% sure re the IR dates however; if one is based on the other then surely the dates must be the same. |
