Licence Continuation pages

Hopefully a simple question, is there a continuation page for the ratings section on an EASA licence? If so where do I get one. If not what do I need to do? Mine is full and I will be renewing my FI imminently.

Yes there is. I got one off a local examiner who had a stash of them.
