Here's the official answer: https://publicapps.caa.co.uk/docs/33...ice2017034.pdf

If you are renewing your SE/IR, you'll need a bit of training and a skill test, obviously. If you do that in a GNSS equipped aeroplane, generally it gets picked up and annotated onto the paperwork as part of the training and examination process. I recently converted my FAA SE/IR into an EASA SE/IR, with a bit of groundschool, a bit of sim time and a bit more airborne time, both with a GNS430 (or simulated equivalent) in the cockpit, which picked it all up, and the paperwork went into the CAA with "PBN passed" annotated on it by the examiner.

Just don't forget that you're no longer allowed to drop any tasks onto the chap sat to your right.

Who’ll make the tea now?

So I now need to get my multi engine multi crew licence, into a multi engine single crew licence.

Didn't you have PBN on those?

As rudestuff says, your airline should have already established your PBN privileges through recurrent training and checking. When the PBN requirements first came in some authorities issued a supplementary licence page, some reprinted the licence and endorsed it in the Remarks section.

The most straightforward way to get your multi engine IR/MEP class rating back is to take a combined proficiency check on the aircraft. Assuming you pass, you'll get your multi engine IR/MEP class rating back, and if you hold a valid SEP class rating you'll also get single engine IR privileges.

The proficiency check will involve a 3D (precision) and 2D (non-precision) approach. Make the 2D approach an LNAV RNP approach and you meet the PBN requirement of the check.

Good luck!

As above but you may find it in section Xii listed as a Remark/Restriction next to Instrument.
