QMP(A)/CPL HOURS CREDIT

AIUI the MAS details in CAP 804 (Reference Only) are still current. Where there is a shortfall in the 70 hrs PIC/Capt/PICUS etc leading to the MAS credit towards CPL(A) can this be effectively 'made up' (as it were) by now engaging in civilian flying to reach the magic 70 PIC to avail of the credit, or do all the hours have to be accrued during mil flying. Additionally, can Rotary and FW PIC be counted together in the total?

Look at UKFlying website. Also if you're a rotary driver there's some great jobs around at the moment with much better salaries than there used to be. Just need the magic 2000 hrs total.
