Instructing on N-reg

Can I teach my kids to fly on a N-reg aircraft, based in Uk, under the privileges of my EASA/CAA licence and will this be valid towards their licence?
Thanks
Si

Who owns it? Instruction can be given to the owner, but they would not be able to fly it solo as they do not hold a pilot's licence and do not qualify as a student under FAR-AIM

If engine hours are high, may be difficult..............
