EASA FI(H) lower than 250 hours

Hi folks,

I'm new to the forum and I have a question.

I have seen that some schools in England, Norway, Sweden and other Nordic countries ask for a minimum of 220 hours to start FI (H).

EASA, in item FCL.915.FI says that it takes 250 hours total time is an prerequisite.

Can someone help me understand?

In the country where I want to make the FI only allow with a minimum of 250 hours.

An applicant for an FI certificate shall:for the FI(H), have completed 250 hours total flight time as pilot on helicopters.

The course is 30 hours + 220 hours = 250 on application.
