Rating transfer

Transfer of B737 rating from ICAO ATP to EASA, over 500 hours on type and have not flown this type on over 3 years, Recent flying on B727 could one take the B737 skills test directly for the EASA.
I had a look on EASA regs and the within current flying practice, I take to be Multi Turbine Instrument Current.

RE:

is your B737 rating still endorsed and valid in your licence? or is it expired?

It is a valid B737type, unrestricted PIC according FAA.
Some changes on the training requirements with EASA for this and an ATO should be able to determine the amount of sim required to transfer the rating, so far no answer from them . I believe they are not used to this type of request.
I am confident that I can pass a skill test after a refresher 2 hour sim session.
