How to get them to checkride faster?
If you could narrow it down to the top 3, what would be the key things to get a student to checkride (and pass on the first time) pretty quickly?
I would assume that it depends a lot on how much work the student is willing to put in. But for all purposes, let's assume a pretty average student. In my pseudo-professional opinion I would think homework, chairflying, and finding their learning style would be big players. What you guys got? |
My three...
1) Fly frequently - twice a week would be great - with good pre/post briefings mandatory.
2) Incorporate knowledge, oral exam, judgment items into every flight. 3) Use a syllabus and keep good records. Terry |
