UK PPL (A) Biennial flight with Instructor
I have recently completed my one hour biennial flight with my instructor, but we cannot find the requisite CAA form on the web site - any pointers please.

Just to confirm it is an Examiner who needs to complete the form (and sign your paperwork) - not an Instructor
|
It is not a bienial fligtht, it is simply an instructional flight that may be used for revalidation purposes. It can now be more than one flight. There is no form related to this, the instructor just signs your log book as required by AMC1 FCL.050, but he should know this. The form as stated is for an Examiner to sign when you revalidate your aircraft rating.

Whopity , think you are correct it's not a Bienial flight . But might it not be a Biennial flight ? 'Cos I understand Biennial is once every 2 years ... whereas Biannual is twice in 1 year ......well that's wot my 1964 dictionary says ..
Hat , Coat , Door , rgds condor ..... |
But you don't need one every two years, its just one of several options and could be as long as 3 years between such events
Biennial means (an event) lasting for two years or occurring every two years. |
