AIRBUS : Stabilizer jam ( due pitch trim wheel jam)

I wonder if anyone had this exercise in the simulator or has ever discussed it
An A320 Stabiliser jam due to pitch trim wheel jam will not bring on an ECAM ( as opposed to FCCs detecting loss of electrical Control of stabilizer which will bring on an ECAM)
The control laws remain normal in this case .
What would be the aircaft behaviour in this case to make the pilots understand that there is pitch trim wheel jam ?
I consider that the elevator will be working more to keep the desired pitch.
But since there is no ECAM , since the control laws remain normal , and since the pitch trim wheel movement ( or lack of it in this case ) is largely unnoticed what would prompt the pilots to understand that there is something wrong?

With regular checks of the System pages, it might be noticed on the F/CTL page that the elevator is not in the neutral position. But as for flying characteristics, until the elevator is fully deflected and unable to compensate any more for the jammed stabiliser, I doubt the aircraft would 'feel' any different.
