Airbus 319/320/321 :Electrical Emergency Configuration

In the TAP Portugal emergency videos , the video which demonstrates the electrical emergency configuration ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VH1H1YCPutg) has the following item which I do not understand

If you go to 09:54 they repeat their approach in elec emerg. Config to demonstrate what happens in the go-around . While in the go around , at 11:20 the pilot flying asks "electrical emergency power manually ON" and the PNF does it .
What I didn't understand is the following : they were already approaching in emerg. Electrical configuration . It means the RAT was already out . Why did the PF asked for it to be manually extended ?

On some versions of the A320 series, the EMER ELEC GEN is decoupled from the network (putting the aircraft elec sys onto 'batteries only') when the gear goes down. Pressing the button again following a G/A reconnects it.

Thanks Gary
I assume these are older models. Considering the TAP videos are quite old by now it makes sense .
