Any advice for flight training schedule?
Hello guys,
I am sure this type of question has been asked before, please pardon my ignorance. From childhood, I have always wanted to be a pilot but due to numerous factors hadn't been able to start training. My parents surprised me this year with the promise to help me financially in my pursuit of wings. I am currently working a full time sales job that demands a lot of time so I can't go the route of a "flight School" can I? I was hoping that it would be possible for a student to hire the services of a CFI to not only train him but support him with the classroom part and for preparing for the exam. Is this possible? Any other advise or opinions welcome. I live and work in the Seattle area and I am very close to Boeing Field. I have looked at Galvin Flying there, but I was hoping for something less formal (I have to train around my fluctuating work schedule). Thank you in advance for your time and replies, |
