CPL & MULTI-IR Instructor wages/salary

Hi all,

I've been out of flying training for some years now so my info isn't really very current -hence the reason for this post. I have the opportunity to go back into the training environment part-time in the commercial instructing world.

Does anyone have any idea what sort of money I can (should) earn for being a CPL and Multi IR instructor in the UK?

So many variables.....

Would have thought the best place to find the answer to this would be with your prospective employer.

I'm sure you know the equation.... (Salary(or day rate) + (hours flown * flight pay) ) - tax = .....

Somewhere between £30 and £60 per flying hour. SE CPL -> Me IR

If you are a post holder then maybe a salary of some sort.
