Leading Edge Flight Training Scotland

Leading Edge Flight Training website's home page indicates that it is looking for Instructors.
I'm interested in applying but could any instructors based at Perth or Cumbernauld let me know what it's like working there and the pay either by posting here or if they prefer by PM.
