IR Skills Test in a glass cockpit aircraft

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with answering any of the following..

What training is required to convert a pilot from glass to traditional steam cockpit? (I.e they have never flown in a steam cockpit before, e.g. in the case of MPL holders.) ... and where can I find this information/ rules?

Secondly, Is it possible to conduct an IR(A) skills test in a glass cockpit aircraft? Which leads me on to... how can the aspect of flight under limited instruments be achieved? ... and where can I find these rules?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
