Canada Flying

Can any body tell me which is the best aviation academy or flying club for Instructor's rating in Canada? Please write website add for me and also how many hours are required for conversion?
How many foreign pilots get lucky with a flying job in Canada after getting a rating? Which is the best city for flying in Canada?

Peninsulair in Mount Hope, Ontario is great. I did my PPL there and it was very enjoyable.
I did not do my instrument there though, so i am not sure how that is. They do have it though, as well as multi and commercial.
-Kind Regards.
