Airbus SOP

The prelim-cockpit setup on the Airbus follows a very complicated and impractical flow. Yet, one can set up the switches from left to right easily without following the flow. Does anyone actually follow that flow if there isn't an instructor asking you to verbalise it?

I think the answer in your questions lies with the term 'SOP':ugh:

What's complicated about this (from FCOM):

Yep, seems to me to be very simple and entirely practical. Never had a problem with it!
