Frederic, we are going to need some more info here.
Single engine ATP, Multi ATP ?
What plane did you have in mind ?
Can you do it together with a typerating ?
Nobody will rent you an airplane for a checkride without at least a checkout if not some training.

So here is some explanation, I aim a multi ATP. I guess the cheaper would be to fly on a light twin engine aircraft.
I also think I would need a few hours for the training before the exam.
I have the hours requirements and hold an ATP written exam.
If you know what else I would need and a place where I can buy a package in order to do this ATP check ride your help is more than welcome!

Google on something like 'airline transport pilot training'. There are 10 hour courses for around $3k. You will need to be ready for the oral.

Try www.allatps.com they have lots of places all over the US, specialise in ATP conversion and give a first class service, 2 days and around $1200 including writtens, flt training and aircraft for flt test, examiner is extra, maybe $300-400 but can't remember.
