Help with Project
 

Hello people,

I'm new to the board, and after some help if possible.

I'm doing a project on flight instructors and would like to know if any are self employed or are they all employed?

Also, who governs/regulates the instrutors and does this vary between self employed verses employed.

What are the risks, advantages/disadvantages of contracting out flight training to self employed flight instructors?

Finally, flight training in simulators, are these instructors trained and qualified to the same standards as those in the air?

Any help would be much appreciated.
