INSURACE SURVEY (do you want it?)

I am currently trying to get an insurance company to offer insurance for instructors. I am not sure how lucky i will be but it seems to me that if none of "our" flying organisations are interested in trying for us then we shall have to do it ourselves.

To this end would any one interested in having such a policy (and maybe CPL's who do ad hoc work could also consider such cover) please reply to this mail with a brief yes. This is so I can simply show to myself and the insurance company in question that is worth the effort of us researching the various exsposure risks further.

If you would not be willing or interested to pay for such cover then please do also post in and say so.

Thank you.

Banjo - I think AOPA (USA that is) does have an insurance scheme for CFI's but I don't know of anybody else. Aviation insurance is certainly tough!
