U.K CAA approved examiners?

Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Exclamation U.K CAA approved examiners?

Hi Everyone,

I will have to get my UK licence renewed this summer, will I have to do it with a UK CAA approved examiner? or will an EASA examiner suffice?
Are there any "UK CAA approved examiners" for 737's outside the UK? Around Jordan, Turkey, or the middle east in general?

Might help to say what licence(s) you hold.

The CAA Authorises Examiners it does not Approve them. As the UK is no longer part of EASA and there is no mutual recognition then its fair to say that whatever UK licence(s) you have, will have to be processed under the UK system and not under the EASA system
