IACRA FAA 61.56 (a)

I'm doing a 61.56(a) flight tomorrow and I can't find out whether I can still give a log book sign off or whether I have to enrol the candidate in IACRA to validate his 61.56(a).

Anybody know whether I may give just a paper sign off?

IACRA is not required. A logbook endorsement is sufficient:
FLIGHT REVIEW ENDORSEMENT
I certify that (First name, MI, Last name) ,
(pilot certificate) , (certificate number) ,
has satisfactorily completed the flight review required in §61.56(a) on (date)

SIGNED_______________ DATE___________
CFI NO.______________ EXPIRATION DATE________
