Skills test Syllabus

I am converting my FAA CPL into a JAA PPL (H) and want to know where I can find the sylabus or the equivalent of the US practical test standards.

Want to be able to practice the manouvers and know the pass limits before I get back to the UK

Thoughts and help would be much apreciated..
