CAA Document 94: where's it gone?

Anyone know what happened to Doc 94, Guidance For Applicants of a Type Rating? I had it and printed it in the summer, but can no longer find it. I can only assume it has been incorporated elsewhere, such as LASORS.

Which CAA? UK CAA Stds Docs only go up to 41. Doc 24 provides guidance to Type Rating Examiners.

Thanks, yes it is the UK CAA. I know about the standards documents, and can't recall what the Doc I'm referring to was called precisely (though know it was Doc 94). It contained, amongst other things, the information relating to post simulator only Type Rating Training: number of take off and landings required depending on experience. I suspect it's been incorporated into LASORS, and so withdrawn.

I think you will find that as Type Rating Traing is now approved under JAR-FCL all of those details will be in the TRTO Training Manual. It is up to the training provider to say what they are going to do and then have that approved. Consequently there is no Standards Document specifying what they have to do.
