What's an instructor's starting pay?

I'm halfway through an FI(A) course at the moment, expecting to complete in july, and would like to know what to expect as a starting renumeration. I'm aware it's not very much but at what level would the flying school be taking the **** ? Also should I expect any sort of basic pay or is it purely on an hours flown basis?
