Crossing the Pacific in a PA-32-300

Myself and another pilot are flying a Piper Cherokee Six PA32-300 across the Pacific. We have a 150USGAL ferry tank installed and interested to hear from anyone who has done it in this aircraft. We are keen to get comments as to how much we can overload the aircraft to remain within safe limits. The are 2 POB.

Most authorities have specific rules allowing overloading for ferry. I think that UK CAA's rules are somewhere in CAP455 which you should be able to find on their website, and you may find reference there to FAA's rules on the same.

I suggest a very simple rule for overloading. Don't.
