Computer based data presentation and analysis
I'm totally out of date on this, as most of my recent projects have involved hand-recorded data, but what's everybody around the world using to process, analyse and present automatically recorded flight test data at the moment? I need to learn my way back in.

For me, it's still pen and paper, and perhaps Excel afterward. A couple of my recent, more complex projects included two excellent FTE's in the back collecting wing bending data. The resulting analysis, and graphic presentation was awesome, though I could not take any credit for it, and hardly understood it! The only part I truly understood was my flexing the wings part!
