ETPS 60th Anniversary
 

Apologies if this is not the most appropriate place to ask this question.
However, I ask on behalf of an 80 year old who attended the 50th Anniversary at Boscombe in '93.
Is anything planned for 2003 ?

If so, he will make the long journey, if still able, to hopefully meet a few remaining friends.

My I suggest you or your friend try the ETPS Association website at www.etpsassociation.org.uk for starters. If your friend is already a member, he'll know the following, but I'll continue for others who may be interested.
It seems that QinetiQ (MoD[PE]/DERA transmogrified) has not yet come up with any official plan to celebrate the ETPS 60th, but the Association is looking into it.

It is actually for my father who was flying up until he was 78 - two yrs ago! (The Test Flying ended a few yrs before although he may beg to differ!!)
