Functional Check Flight-Leasing Companies

How would one get involved in the end of lease/start of lease check flights? I would love to get involved in this type of work but I do not have any idea of how I would make it happen. I have 5000+ hours on the 737 of which 2000 are PIC.

If anyone can give me any guidance, it would be greatly appreciated.

Leasing Checks?

For both In-Checks and Out-Checks, your should he a high-time PIC on the type. You ought to know this.
Your role in the process depends upon who you work for, but it is never trivial; you've got to flight test/check everything.
