Does anyone know where I could get a copy of the old 1179 form? I have been out of the CAA system for a while so I do not know if it has been replaced by something else.

Sorry about that. This is for the actual aircraft experience after training on an old simulator,levelC. British CAA.

Then it's nothing to do with flight testing!
