FFS Qualification EASA

Trying to decode the specific requirements to maintain a FFS qualified within Europe. The FFS holds its current SOC/SoQ but it will be relocated within Europe. Will it require a re Qual? I have read, to the best of my old eyes, the Certification Specifications for Aeroplane Flight Simulation Training Devices ‘CS-FSTD(A)’ to no avail. Any additional guidance is appreciated it.

If it's changing ownership then an Initial will be required. It gets worse as the FFS may well have to conform to the latest PRD

If no ownership change then quite straightforward
