No EASA Licence for Lead FTEs

Although looking at the detail, it sounds like France will be keeping theirs...

I tend to think that common sense has prevailed here - the role of FTE is just too broad to have a common syllabus to licence us. Back to the traditional approach of approving individuals for particular roles on the basis of their education, skill and experience.
