Effect of G and aerodynamic loading on helicopter underslung loads

Is there a quick , one stop formula for determining the actual load exerted on a heli during underslung load ops? I'm trying to determine the speed and bank limits to impose for a netted load that is running pretty close to the max our aircraft can lift - lifting and flying being two different things! Any help is highly appreciated

Kinda sounds like you are after the load factor? In that case it is a simple function of AoB, (1/cosAoB), hence 60 deg turn equals 2g. However I would not expect you to be pulling a load of g lifting a load. As for aerodynamic forces then there is no simple formula. Most people nowadays use a load cell for loads, that would make your life a lot easier.
