2 Questions - ETPS/Bill Else
 

1) Does anyone know why there was no McKenna Trophy winner for the No.4 course at ETPS. The briefest of explanations was that it was a short course. Why was it a short course?

2) I heard that Bill Else's notes on flat spinning in a hunter are still used. Is this so, and is there any way I can get a copy of this or indeed any of his other reports? I did try ETPS 'customer services' awhile back without success.
