Qantas OM-A

I am doing a project and need to have a look at Qantas fuel planning.
I thought it was available online like EU-OPS, but couldn't find anything valuable, other than:

But these are not detailed requirements.
For example there is no information about contingency fuel policy, ETOPS requirements etc.

Could somebody share Qantas OM-A for that information?
