Ad Opt Crewing satisfaction for crews

I am interested in finding out how effective Ad Opt is at granting crew requests at the airlines that use their software and if they all use seniority as the primary criteria;

Emirates Airlines
FedEx
Qantas Airways
South African Airlines
United Airlines
UPS
US Airways
Virgin Blue
